Spain vs Germany (Semi finale), wow what a mouth watering game as the second semi finale. Both teams ….played each other last at the European Champion ship finale at Vienna in 2008. Spain beat Germany by a goal to nil scored by Fernando Torres. Much like Torres, the german team is in complete different shape compared to 2 years ago. Spain have done little to convince the world of their ambitions in their quarter finale match with Paraguay. Germany on the other hand have put their footprint all over the tournament during the Knock out stage. 4 goals past England and Argentina are a real statement of intent. Based on the performance of the last 5 games, Germany should cruise past Spain, but thats not how it works. Germany have so far owned the midfield in every game and have been ruthless up front. Spain have world class midfielder with Xavi, Iniesta and Alonso who will not hand over the midfiled that easily. I suspect Spain will make the game but only score 1 which will be too little as Germany will again score 2 or more. My tip will be a 3:1 Germany. Good luck
